Customized service process
Phase 1: Requirements Communication and Analysis
· Goal: Accurately understand your ideas
· Key activities:
1. Request Reception: You contact us via phone, email, or online consultation to share your initial ideas.
2. In-depth Consultation: Our technical experts and sales managers will have a detailed discussion with you to gain a thorough understanding of your customized requirements (such as configuration, appearance, structure, application scenarios, budget, and timeline).
3. Requirement Confirmation: We will compile and deliver the “Customer Requirements Specification Acknowledgment,” which we will jointly confirm with you and use as the foundation for all subsequent work.
01
Phase 2: Scheme Design and Review
· Objective: To provide professional and feasible solutions.
· Key activities:
1. Technical Proposal: Based on the confirmed requirements, our R&D team will conduct an internal assessment and deliver a preliminary technical proposal (including architectural diagrams and recommendations for selecting key components).
2. Commercial Proposal: We are submitting to you a “Customized Solution and Quotation” that includes detailed technical specifications, a project timeline, and a quotation.
3. Proposal Review: We’ll review the proposal together with you, answer any questions you may have, and optimize it based on your feedback until the final proposal is confirmed.
02
Phase 3: R&D and Prototyping
· Objective: Turn the proposal into a physical prototype.
· Key activities:
1. Design and Development: The engineering team conducts detailed 3D structural design, produces drawings, and prepares materials.
2. Prototype Manufacturing: After you confirm the design drawings, we will arrange the production line to manufacture the first prototype.
3. Prototype Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing on the prototype to evaluate its performance, thermal management, compatibility, and stability.
03
Phase 4: Customer Confirmation and Optimization
· Objective: Ensure the product fully meets your expectations.
· Key activities:
1. Prototype Delivery: We will send you the prototype that has passed testing for acceptance inspection.
2. Customer Testing Feedback: You will conduct actual testing and evaluation of the prototype and provide feedback.
3. Design Finalization: We’ll make fine-tuned adjustments to the design based on your final feedback and then freeze all design files, preparing them for mass production.
04
Phase 5: Mass Production and Quality Inspection
· Objective: To deliver high-quality mass-produced products.
· Key activities:
1. Mass Production Preparation: Procure bulk materials, prepare the production line, and develop a production plan.
2. Strict Quality Control: During the production process, implement rigorous IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) to ensure that every single step meets the required standards.
3. Factory Inspection: Each finished product undergoes FQC (Final Quality Control), which includes visual inspection, power-on testing, aging tests, and performance testing.
05
Phase 6: Delivery and After-sales Service
· Objective: Establish long-term, stable partnerships.
· Key activities:
1. Packaging and Shipment: We’ll provide customized packaging according to your requirements and arrange logistics transportation.
2. Project Delivery: The product is safely delivered to you, completing the project delivery.
3. Full Lifecycle Services: We provide timely installation guidance, technical training, repair and maintenance services, as well as ongoing upgrade and expansion support, making us your reliable long-term strategic partner.
